Credits and Usage

Some of our products operate on a credit-based system. Here's how our credit system works:

• Each text API call or usage action consumes 1 credit from your account balance
• Each image generation or image-related request consumes 0.5 credits from your account balance
• Credits are purchased in packages and have specific validity periods as described in product details
• Credits cannot be transferred between different products or user accounts
• Unused credits expire after their validity period and are not refundable
• We reserve the right to adjust credit consumption rates with prior notice to users

You are responsible for monitoring your credit usage. We provide tools to check your remaining balance, but you should ensure you have sufficient credits for your intended usage.

Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. Refunds are generally not provided and are only considered on a strict case-by-case basis depending on the specific product or service purchased.

Due to the nature of our digital services and products, once access or delivery has been granted, refunds will not be issued.

Where exceptions apply, refund eligibility and conditions will be explicitly stated on the product or service page. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any refund request at our sole discretion.

AI Disclaimer

Some of our products utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to provide services or generate content.
